my mesh looks all washed out and ready to print but when I start printing i do not get the full image to come out pleasehelp I am using plastisol ink

what is the mesh count of the screen?

You have in all likelyhood underexposed your emulsion and allowed a clear scum to block some of the areas of your screen. You can rewet the screen and blot out this clear residue at times. In the future you should expose your emulsion more fully. See the free article on exposure at screenprintinganswers.com on the Internet.
Another issue could be that the ink is not transferring to the garment because the mesh openings are too small to allow the pigment particles to pass through. Be sure that your mesh count matches the ink manufacturers suggestions on their specifications sheet. This can usually be found on their website.
