    <summary type="html">I don't have much experience with tensioning aluminum frames. It is my understanding that to tension them properly/professionally you would need to use a tensioning machine which costs over a thousand dollars. A supplier I use sells the Accu Stretch:&#xD;

But there is another solution! According to http://hipsternashville.blogspot.com/2007/08/my-screenprinting-adventure-nashville.html you can stretch screens the same way you would stretch canvas. he points to http://painting.about.com/od/oilpainting/a/stretch_canvas.htm&#xD;
