  I don't have much experience with tensioning aluminum frames. It is my understanding that to tension them properly/professionally you would need to use a tensioning machine which costs over a thousand dollars. A supplier I use sells the Accu Stretch:

    Also screen printing suppliers sell Mesh Adhesive and Debonder Solvent to take mesh off.

  get an oversized retensionable frame, might cost you about $75, valley litho sells a manual stretcher for several hundred dollars i think,
