Hey All,
I'm setting up my first screenprinting studio in my garage.
How dark does the rrom have to be to apply the emulsion?
Are there any lights that are safe?
The direction said use "yellow light," does that literally mean a yellow light?
thanks

Re: emulsion / darkroom question
Thu, September 29, 2005 - 2:10 PMyeah..probably a red or yellow light would be good.
When I do it, my place is dimly lit...I turn off all the overhead lights, but still have enough light from other sources to see what I am doing...or since i use my stage for my workspace, I will have just the red lights on.

Re: emulsion / darkroom question
Sat, September 16, 2006 - 12:14 PMI have my set up int the garage also. I use a red light blub in a lamp that sits on the table that I work on. Emulsion doesn't seem to be overly sensitive.
