Believe or not, for printing tees I use a 10in wide window cleaning squeegee.&#xD;
Works perfect.&#xD;

      <description>should be... i know ive seen plans for making your own squeegee out of angled metal from a home improvement store, i remember there was scuffing involved and gluing of wood to cap the ends. heres the only relevant link i could find when i googled "make your own scoop coater":&#xD;

a squeegee should be extremely easy to make, except that the only suitable material i can think of for the squeegee strip is, well, squeegee strip.  i would just bolt it (or some other suitable material that i would be interested to know about) to a 1x6 with about 3 bolts, ends and middle.</description>
