Re: DIY squeegee & coater?
Mon, April 27, 2009 - 9:10 AMshould be... i know ive seen plans for making your own squeegee out of angled metal from a home improvement store, i remember there was scuffing involved and gluing of wood to cap the ends. heres the only relevant link i could find when i googled "make your own scoop coater":
www.skateandannoy.com/feature...cs2.html
a squeegee should be extremely easy to make, except that the only suitable material i can think of for the squeegee strip is, well, squeegee strip. i would just bolt it (or some other suitable material that i would be interested to know about) to a 1x6 with about 3 bolts, ends and middle. -

Sat, August 1, 2009 - 1:38 PMHi,
Believe or not, for printing tees I use a 10in wide window cleaning squeegee.
Works perfect.
Drop me a line if you'd like to see the pictures.
